Perfil FHIR de un Gestor Farmacéutico (GF), para su intercambio de gestión farmacéutica en Colombia.

Información sobre un Gestor Farmacéutico (GF). Es una entidad, pública o privada, legalmente constituida y habilitada por la autoridad sanitaria competente en Colombia, cuya finalidad es ofrecer servicios de gestión farmacéutica, que incluyen la adquisición, almacenamiento, distribución y entrega de medicamentos e insumos relacionados, para garantizar el acceso oportuno a los tratamientos necesarios para la atención en salud de los usuarios.

Ámbito

Este perfil define las restricciones y extensiones aplicables al recurso FHIR Organization (Organización), con el objetivo de estandarizar y representar información de un Gestor Farmacéutico (GF), dentro del contexto de la gestión Farmacéutica en Colombia.

Ha sido diseñado a partir de los lineamientos normativos definidos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, y está armonizado con la Guía de Implementación FHIR Core Colombia.

Características

• Figura legal registrada: debe estar inscrita en el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
• Habilitación obligatoria: requiere habilitación por parte de la secretaría de salud territorial o del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
• Cobertura de servicios: Puede ofrecer uno o varios servicios habilitados, tales como: almacenamiento y distribución de medicamentos, dispensación, atención farmacéutica, seguimiento farmacoterapéutico, gestión de dispositivos médicos, entre otros.
• Modalidades de atención: Incluye atención ambulatoria (farmacias comunitarias), institucional (servicios farmacéuticos hospitalarios), domiciliaria (entrega de medicamentos a pacientes), telefarmacia, etc.
• Actores diversos: Incluye droguerías, farmacias comunitarias, servicios farmacéuticos hospitalarios, centrales de distribución farmacéutica, operadores logísticos de medicamentos, depósitos de insumos críticos, etc.

Uso previsto

Este perfil está diseñado para ser implementado por:

• Plataforma de interoperabilidad del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
• Entidades Gestoras de Medicamentos (públicas o privadas).
• Sistemas de información farmacéutica (SIF, SIGFA, sistemas de trazabilidad, etc.).
• Repositorios de datos clínicos (CDR).
• Proveedores y consumidores de servicios interoperables relacionados con prescripción, dispensación y seguimiento farmacológico.

Se espera que sea utilizado principalmente en el escenario de intercambio de Gestión Farmacéutica.
