Resource Profile: Antecedente alérgico o de intolerancia (AllergyIntolerance) RDA

Perfil FHIR de una alergia o intolerancia declarada por el paciente, para su intercambio en un documento RDA en Colombia.

Evento clínico que describe una alergia, hipersensibilidad o intolerancia que representa un riesgo clínico para el paciente y condiciona su cuidado en salud.

El antecedente de una alergia o intolerancia puede ser reportado por el paciente, un familiar o cuidador, y debe ser registrado por un profesional de la salud autorizado y habilitado, conforme a su formación y marco legal.

Esto, no corresponde al motivo de atención, que es la razón por la cual el paciente solicita la prestación de servicios de salud en el momento actual.

Ámbito

Este perfil define las restricciones y extensiones aplicables al recurso FHIR AllergyIntolerance (Alergia o Intolerancia), con el objetivo de estandarizar y representar información sobre alergias, hipersensibilidades o intolerancias que declara el paciente y podrían representar un riesgo clínico y condicionan su cuidado en salud, dentro del contexto del Resumen Digital de Atención en salud (RDA).

Ha sido diseñado a partir de los lineamientos normativos definidos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, y está armonizado con la Guía de Implementación FHIR Core Colombia.

En Colombia, la información sobre antecedentes de alergias e intolerancias declaradas o manifestadas por el paciente debe registrarse en la historia clínica del paciente, de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y con la normatividad vigente sobre la gestión de la información en salud.

Características

• Proceso de registro: la declaración de un paciente acerca de una alergia o intolerancia debe ser registrada por un profesional de la salud autorizado y habilitado, conforme a su formación y marco legal. .
• Sustentado en evidencia: el registro parte de la anamnesis, y se recomienda que el profesional de la salud solicite posteriormente las pruebas clínicas específicas que apliquen para verificar y confirmar la condición alérgica.

Uso previsto

Este perfil está diseñado para ser implementado por:

• Plataforma de interoperabilidad del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
• Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud.
• Sistemas de información en salud (HIS, HCE, LIS, RIS, etc.).
• Repositorios de datos clínicos (CDR).
• Proveedores y consumidores de servicios interoperables de salud.

Se espera que sea utilizado principalmente en el escenario de intercambio del Resumen Digital de Atención (RDA).

Restricciones

• Se requiere el uso de terminologías controladas nacionales.
• Se aplican restricciones sobre elementos obligatorios y cardinalidad del tipo de recurso FHIR AllergyIntolerance, para ajustar su uso en el contexto de la Resolución 1888 de 2025.
