Resource Profile: Antecedente familiar en Salud (FamilyMemberHistory) RDA

Perfil FHIR de un antecedente familiar en salud, para su intercambio en un documento RDA en Colombia.

Registro de información sobre la salud o las condiciones de salud de un familiar del paciente, relevante para la atención en salud, con el fin de apoyar la valoración de riesgos, el análisis de antecedentes y la toma de decisiones clínicas durante el proceso de atención.

El antecedente familiar de salud se documenta con base en la información suministrada por el paciente o sus cuidadores, y puede incluir enfermedades hereditarias, condiciones relevantes en familiares directos y antecedentes que puedan influir en el estado de salud o en la prevención de enfermedades del paciente, de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos por la normativa colombiana.

Ámbito

Este perfil define las restricciones y extensiones aplicables al recurso FHIR FamilyMemberHistory (Antecedente familiar en salud), con el objetivo de estandarizar y representar información sobre los antecedentes familiares de salud relevantes del paciente, dentro del contexto del Resumen Digital de Atención en Salud (RDA).

Ha sido diseñado a partir de los lineamientos normativos definidos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y está armonizado con la Guía de Implementación FHIR Core Colombia.

En Colombia, los antecedentes familiares relevantes deben registrarse en la historia clínica del paciente de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y con la normatividad vigente sobre la gestión de la información en salud.

Características

• Permite registrar condiciones de salud relevantes presentes en familiares del paciente.
• Facilita la valoración de riesgo y la toma de decisiones clínicas en el proceso de atención.
• Puede incluir información sobre enfermedades hereditarias, condiciones relevantes en familiares directos y antecedentes relevantes para la salud del paciente.
• Se expresa mediante terminologías clínicas estandarizadas: como CIE-10, SNOMED CT y códigos controlados nacionales.
• Incluye información sobre el tipo de relación familiar, la condición de salud del familiar y la posible influencia en la salud del paciente.

Uso previsto

Este perfil está diseñado para ser implementado por:

• Plataforma de interoperabilidad del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
• Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud.
• Sistemas de información en salud (HIS, HCE, LIS, RIS, etc.).
• Repositorios de datos clínicos (CDR).
• Proveedores y consumidores de servicios interoperables de salud.

Se espera que sea utilizado principalmente en el escenario de intercambio del Resumen Digital de Atención (RDA).

• Se aplican restricciones sobre elementos obligatorios y cardinalidad.
