An Extension

Para el escenario del resumen digital de atención (RDA), el valor por defecto y esperado es 'finished', ya que el RDA se genera al finalizar el encuentro de hospitalización.

Si bien algunos encuentros de hospitalización se han derivado (referenciado) de consulta o urgencias, el RDA se enfoca en documentar la atención brindada durante el encuentro de hospitalización en sí, independientemente de si el paciente fue remitido por consulta o urgencias o no; por lo tanto, para este tipo de casos se debe enviar el documento RDA de urgencias o consulta y posteriormente el RDA de hospitalización, cada uno con su respectivo encuentro y estado 'finished'.
