Resource Profile: Resumen Digital de Atención en Salud de antecedentes (RDA Paciente)

Perfil FHIR RDA del Resumen Digital de Atención en Salud en Colombia, para antecedentes manifestados por el paciente.

Documento clínico estructurado que consolida y resume la información relevante de un proceso de atención en salud de un paciente, integrando datos clínicos esenciales para facilitar la continuidad del cuidado y el intercambio de información entre profesionales e instituciones.

El Resumen Digital de Atención en Salud (RDA) de paciente incluye información de antecedentes manifestdos o declarados por el paciente como enfermedades o problemas de salud, uso de medicamentos, alergias o intolerancias y atencedentes de salud familiar, los cuales son registrados por un profesional de la salud autorizado y habilitado, de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos por la normativa colombiana.

Ámbito

Este perfil define las restricciones y extensiones aplicables al recurso FHIR Composition (Composición de Documento), con el objetivo de estandarizar y representar el Resumen Digital de Atención en Salud (RDA) en Colombia, para antecedentes manifestados por el paciente, facilitando la consolidación e intercambio de información clínica relevante de un proceso de atención en salud.

Ha sido diseñado a partir de los lineamientos normativos definidos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y está armonizado con la Guía de Implementación FHIR Core Colombia.

En Colombia, el Resumen Digital de Atención en Salud se extrae de los registros de historia clínica del paciente, de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y con la normatividad vigente sobre la gestión de la información en salud.

Características

• Integra información clínica manifestada o declarada por el paciente.
• Incluye datos de antecedentes de enfermedades o problemas de salud, uso de medicamentos, alergias o intolerancias y atencedentes de salud familiar.
• Facilita la continuidad de la atención y el intercambio de información entre prestadores de servicios de salud.

Uso previsto

Este perfil está diseñado para ser implementado por:

• Plataforma de interoperabilidad del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
• Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud.
• Sistemas de información en salud (HIS, HCE, LIS, RIS, etc.).
• Repositorios de datos clínicos (CDR).
• Proveedores y consumidores de servicios interoperables de salud.

Se espera que sea utilizado principalmente en el escenario de intercambio del Resumen Digital de Atención (RDA).

• Se requiere el uso de terminologías controladas nacionales.
• Se aplican restricciones sobre elementos obligatorios y cardinalidad.
• Utiliza extensiones para representar información adicional relevante para el contexto colombiano.
